Everything you need to make the introduction.
Call scripts for owners and buyers, answers to the questions they ask, two intro emails, and a one-page sheet to share.
The 60-second call to an owner
Say it in your own words. Keep it short and honest.
- Open
“Hi [name], it’s [your name]. Quick question: does your team run on tools like Slack, Gmail, Microsoft 365, or a CRM?”
- Hook
“Approved buyers pay businesses to license copies of the email, chat and sales records they already have. Korra matches yours with the buyers who fit and tells you what they say.”
- Reassure
“You keep your data. Nothing is uploaded to list it, personal details come out of what buyers see, and you approve every offer. Nothing is shared until you sign a licence.”
- Size it
“The typical range is $200K – $2M, depending on your team size, how many years of records you have, and what kinds you keep.”
- Ask
“If you want to go ahead, I can fill in Korra’s form for you with what you just told me. You get an email to check it and confirm, within three days. Or I send you my link and you fill it in yourself.”
What owners ask, and what to say
Short, true answers. If you are unsure, send them to Korra.
- Is my data safe?
- Nothing is uploaded. Buyers first see a short description with names, emails and companies taken out. Records move only after the owner signs a licence with a buyer.
- Do I give up my data?
- No. The owner licenses a copy of past records and keeps ownership. Buyers never get access to their systems.
- What does it cost?
- Korra’s fee for a deal is agreed in writing before the owner signs. Nothing is paid up front.
- How much could we get?
- The typical range is $200K – $2M. Team size, years of records, and the kinds of records set the number. Korra brings the buyers’ offers to the owner, and the owner decides.
- How fast do we get paid?
- The buyer pays the owner directly, on the terms in their licence. Payment can arrive in as little as 7 days; usual terms are net 30.
- Our files belong to our clients.
- Records the business owns can go, and client files only with written permission. Accounting firms, law firms and clinics are still a good fit: their own work records are what buyers want.
- Who buys it?
- Data companies that supply the teams training and testing AI systems. They need real examples of business work.
- What do I have to do?
- Check the answers I filled in and confirm by email, or fill in Korra’s form yourself in about 5 minutes. No files, no logins.
- What will you see?
- Where the business stands: form in, with buyers, in talks, done. Never its answers.
Who to call
Size decides
Bring businesses with 50 or more staff when you can. 100 or more is best. Around 20 staff can work, but few get a deal.
- About 20 staff
- About 1 in 10 to 1 in 20 get a deal
- 50 or more staff
- About 7 in 10 get a deal
- 100 or more staff
- Nearly all get a deal
Good fits
- 50 or more staff (100 or more is best)
- Nearly all the work in English (9 in 10 or more)
- Any country
- Two or more years of records, still in their tools
- Runs on email, chat, shared files, a CRM, accounting software or a help desk
- Accounting firms, law firms, clinics and home care are all in
- CAD and engineering files: drawings and design files sell on their own, without the rest of the work records
Not a fit
- Fewer than about 20 staff
- Records mostly not in English
- Raw video, photos, audio or call recordings on their own
- Records already shown to other buyers
- Patient medical records or data about children (a clinic’s other work records are fine)
The intro email to an owner
Send it after the call. Fill in the names and paste your link from your dashboard. Or send the invite from your dashboard instead.
Subject: Introduction: Korra, licensing your business data
Hi [name], As we discussed, I’d like to introduce you to Korra. Approved buyers pay businesses to license copies of the email, chat and sales records they already have. You answer a few questions on Korra’s form, in about 5 minutes, and Korra matches them with the buyers who fit and tells you what they say. No files are uploaded, and personal details come out of what buyers see. Here is my link. It lives three days, and it names me as your partner: [your seller link] A short video explains it: https://korra.io/how-it-works Best, [your name] Korra partner
The 60-second explainer to send

Partner rules
- Say you are a Korra partner when you make the introduction.
- Talk first. Send your seller link only after the business has said it wants to work with you. Never cold. It lives three days.
- A business that sells its records is a seller, never a partner. Do not sign up a seller as a partner.
- Never say what a partner earns or could earn, in dollars. The rates are on korra.io/partners; your balance is your own.
- Invite only people who expect to hear from you. No bought lists, no bulk sending.
- Give the range as typical. Never promise a price, a sale, or a payment date.
- Never say Korra works with a named buyer.
- Never ask an owner to send you records, files, or passwords.
- Any fee you charge the business is an agreement between you and them. It has nothing to do with Korra or the buyers.
- Bring in other partners with your partner link, the same way: talk first, never cold.
- Point owners and buyers to korra.io or a call with Korra for anything you are unsure of.
You earn a share of Korra’s fee on every deal you bring, with no cap. You agree to the partner terms when you sign up.
