Someone who knows an owner
A friend, a former colleague, a customer, a neighbour. One conversation is enough to start.
Korra partners
Know a business owner? Bring them to Korra. When their records are licensed, you get 50% of Korra’s fee, and 70% from your 11th deal. Bring in another partner, and Korra pays you 3% of its fee on their deals. Paid within seven days of Korra being paid.

An individual, a broker, an agency, a team. Two minutes to sign up.

You and Korra split Korra’s fee in half. From your 11th deal, 70% is yours. No cap: a bigger deal pays more.

Credited the day Korra receives its fee. Cashed out within a week.

Your share comes out of Korra’s fee. It never adds to the deal.
There is one kind of partner, and one agreement. Alone or as a team, part time or every day. If you can have a real conversation with an owner, you can bring a business.
A friend, a former colleague, a customer, a neighbour. One conversation is enough to start.
Owners planning ahead want every source of value on the table.
You already know which clients keep years of their own records.
You sit inside the business and see what its systems hold.
You talk to owners every day. One more question is easy.
You set up the inbox, the help desk or the CRM. You know how far back it goes.
You reach many owners at once. Each one you speak with can name you.
Sign up under one lead and share the payment as you like.
Three steps. You never touch any data.
1Tell them their records can be licensed, and that they keep their files. The kit has the words.
2When they want in, fill in the short form for them, or send your seller link to their email. They confirm with one click, and you are named their deal partner.
3Korra finds the buyer and the business says yes. The day Korra is paid, 50% of Korra’s fee is yours, and 70% from your 11th deal.
Korra’s fee on a deal is split between you and Korra. Half each on your first ten deals. From your 11th deal, 70% is yours.
Every deal you bring counts toward your 11th, for good. A business Korra brought itself has no deal partner, so Korra keeps the fee. If a deal is reversed, its credit comes off your next one and it no longer counts.
Both are on your dashboard from the first day. Use the one that fits the conversation.
One link with your code. After you have spoken with a business and they want in, send it to their email. It lives three days. Their click signs them up and names you.
Answer the short form for a client so they do not fill anything in twice. Korra emails them a link to check it. Only they confirm and sign.
Your dashboard shows every business you brought, where each one stands, your share, and every credit as it lands.
Owners trust a partner who is open about the deal. So Korra tells them everything, and they stay in charge.
Nobody holds a business by typing its name. The business clicks your link, or types your code, after you have spoken. No click, no claim.
Every partner share comes out of Korra’s fee. It never comes out of the seller’s price or raises the buyer’s.
A seller can hide offer amounts from you. You always see the count.
You are not paid on a deal that closes after that.
If you charge the business a fee, that is an agreement between you and them. It has nothing to do with Korra or the buyers.

What to say to an owner, answers to what they ask, two intro emails, and a one-page sheet.
The full rules are in the partner terms. Anything else: info@korra.io.
50% of Korra’s fee on every deal you bring, with no cap. From your 11th deal, 70%. Every deal you have brought counts, for good. Plus 3% of the fee on deals by partners you bring in.
Yes. Send them your partner link. When a partner you brought in brings a deal, Korra pays you 3% of its fee on that deal, from Korra’s share. One level only: not the partners they bring in.
That is up to you. Any fee you charge is an agreement between you and the business. It has nothing to do with Korra or the buyers, and it does not change your share.
The day Korra receives its fee, your share is added to your balance, in dollars. Korra pays it within seven days, once Korra has checked a government photo ID with you. One person, one partner account. If a deal is reversed, its share comes off your balance.
Anyone who can have a real conversation with a business owner. There is one kind of partner and one agreement. A business that licenses its own records cannot also be a partner.
No. Your share comes out of Korra’s fee. It never adds to the deal or touches the seller’s price.
No. Talk first. Send your seller link only after they say they want in. It lives three days, and only their click names you.
The business decides. The first partner it confirms is its deal partner.
